At Circuit Tree Mobiles & Technology, we are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fair and transparent customer service. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchase: - Is faulty or unsafe - Does not match its description - Is not fit for its intended purpose

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless required by law.

Change of Mind Returns

·         Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

·         All change of mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

·         Products must be in original, unopened, and resaleable condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

·         Proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

·         Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or otherwise required by law.

Wrong Item Ordered / Incompatibility

·         Please choose carefully. We are not liable to exchange or refund if you order the wrong item or if the item is incompatible with your device.

·         It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

Process for Returns

1.      Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

2.      Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.

3.      Our team will assess your request in line with ACL and advise next steps.

4.      Approved returns must be shipped or brought to our store at the customer’s expense (unless faulty).

Exclusions

·         Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

·         Personalised or custom-ordered items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds

·         Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

·         Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
