·         Back up your data before submitting devices for service; CTMT is not responsible for data loss.

·         Ensure all products purchased are compatible with your needs and devices.

4. Payments

·         All products and services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, unless a 30-day account has been pre-approved.

·         Prices are subject to change without notice.

·         Accounts overdue by more than 30 days will incur a late fee. Details of the late fee will be provided on your invoice and are subject to change.

5. Warranties & Liability

·         Our repairs and products are covered by warranties as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

·         CTMT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

·         We are not responsible for loss or damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and in-store are the property of CTMT and may not be used without permission.

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information is never shared without consent except as required by law.
